This is meant to be used IN a lipo bag, and is not completely flame retardant on its own. It is made out of flame retardant material.

Please note that the new unit reads actual heating element temperatures in Celsius. The heating elements, in the sleeve will heat your BATTERY to 100F (60C) Degrees, 90F (50C) Degrees, 80F (40C) Degrees for each respective setting. The temperature probe reads the temperature of your sleeve, and is displayed in real time.

This has 4 heating elements one on each side, this ensures equal and controlled heat distribution.
